I really have so much to say, but I'm swallowing it all down and I'll only write the necessary parts, so there won't be a second victim. From January 2024 to today, the physical, time, and financial damage is no joke, and despite all that, nobody even knows I had nose surgery. I'm dealing with scar tissue, scar marks, and depressions, but because it was my first surgery, I paid the high cost thinking they were so confident they would do well. Total cost: about 7.74 million won (surgery fee + anesthesia fee + medication fee) + 760,000 won (round-trip transportation) - 1.66 million won (refund) = about 6.84 million won in total loss. Before surgery I had never edited my face photos, but after surgery I have to edit them every time, and I hardly take selfies anymore because I don't want to see it.... At S-Class Plastic Surgery, they inserted silicone that had arrived wrong without my consent from the very first surgery, and after the surgery they informed me and scheduled a revision, followed by countless hospital visits after that... It was truly a schedule that wouldn't have been possible if I weren't self-employed lol. I came in on every date they told me to come for dressing changes, took all the medicine they told me to take, and applied all the ointment they told me to apply, but the final words back to me were, "@@-ssi, it's because of your personality that you're bothered by your nose, and because you stare at your nose all day. It was a successful surgery." They only gave a partial refund while saying let's end this on good terms ... after that, we still couldn't communicate, so I ended up posting this. So many things happened in the meantime, and I was never rude or raised my voice once. I trusted that if I followed the hospital's instructions as much as possible, I would get a good result, but the result is this and I'm truly so upset. As expected, I should have run away when they handled things abnormally from the very beginning, but I trusted too much in the way they pretended to be nice. Just in case, I'm still keeping the last KakaoTalk messages, recordings, and documents... For now I'm in a busy season, so I'm writing this review to vent even a little of my frustration. The manager and the director never communicated with each other at all (and this problem made things worse more than once), the manager kept making payment mistakes with me (I had to go back and forth several times), and I was thinking of putting up with it because of the other staff members I got along with, but then I thought, why should I spend my own money and live this upset? So I'm posting this. Everyone, please run away,,,.
