I made a reservation in advance for a revision surgery consultation, but they said there was no director available, so I couldn’t even get a consultation with the director, which was ridiculous. Shouldn’t they have told me that in advance in the first place? I was so angry because it felt like I had made the trip for nothing. This wasn’t even my first surgery, but a revision, and it ended up feeling like I went just to consult with the manager. Why did they even take the reservation in advance?? My precious time..
