The counselor and the doctor explained everything clearly and calmly. They also pointed out things I had missed, and there was no sense of pressure. The surgery price was also quoted at the same price as the event price. In the end I had surgery elsewhere, but I remember this place as pretty ordinary overall. The front desk, though, did not feel especially friendly.
