The doctor was kind, but... I thought the surgery went well, you know? Then suddenly I got a bright red infection at the surgical site near my chin. So I had to undergo another surgery to cut it open. That left a scar. According to the doctor, it’s a scar that would take years to go away. Also, instead of that screw, they used some kind of connecting metal to fix my lower jaw, and starting 3 months after surgery, whenever I touched the front of my chin, it would creak and I could feel something there, so I had it removed 6 months after the surgery. It’s good that they’re always kind whenever I go, but somehow it feels like something was slightly off.. Of course, everything else besides this was okay.
