The doctor isn’t especially friendly. They speak bluntly, but they’re very firm and conservative, so I actually liked that. I like conservative doctors...! I liked that they told me the facts, and they also spoke very openly about side effects and the like. Anyway, the people who are going to have surgery will do it, and those who won’t, won’t. But if you are going to do it, being able to anticipate things in advance and prepare yourself mentally beforehand is better, I think.
