The director was kind and explained things well. Except for the consultation manager, the other staff were a bit chaotic and didn't know much, so if the consultation manager was not visible, I felt kind of anxious lol Thanks to the director and the consultation manager, I was able to receive the procedure comfortably. It was fascinating that they could reduce fat with a laser.
