I didn't want implants when getting nose surgery, so while looking on YouTube, I got interested after watching the director's channel and went in from out of town for a consultation. But the director just kept explaining things the same way as on YouTube, so I was a little disappointed. In person, though, he showed me various surgery photos and videos, and told me what my face was like and how the surgery should be done, which I liked. But honestly, it does feel like taking a professor's lecture, just like the reviews say! Please make sure to bring the photos you want and ask during the consultation.
