I paid the reservation fee in advance and went! I had made a booking, but I think I waited about 30 minutes. Unlike other places, they didn't take CT or any specialized scans; they just used the doctor's iPhone to take photos and look at them. Still, they explained well which parts needed improvement, and they seemed confident, so I'm seriously considering surgery.
