I found it on YouTube and made a long trip there after deciding to come, but maybe because the doctor isn't a board-certified plastic surgeon, it felt like he uses some kind of differentiating technique that other clinics don't. He says you can raise just the tip of the nose without an implant, and the doctor is overflowing with confidence so it does feel trustworthy, but it seems different from the usual method, so I'm conflicted.
