I watched YouTube and, as a working adult, was attracted by the short recovery period and the no-implant surgery, so I went for a consultation about the rhinoplasty I had been deliberation about for my whole life. I liked that the consultation started exactly at my scheduled time. But instead of looking at what my nose was like and how it should be designed, they only showed me the surgical methods I'd seen on YouTube and other people's before-and-after photos. I was disappointed that there was no explanation about what design would suit me.
