I have a hump nose with a somewhat high bridge, a bulbous nose, and the round tip of my nose had been stressing me out. But I absolutely did not want to insert an implant, and I wanted to preserve my septum as it was. I was determined that I would never have revision surgery in my life, so I looked into many places and also got a consultation here. The doctor did the consultation in detail, talked about the surgical method, and answered questions well in between. When they showed me results from someone with a nose shape similar to mine who had done it this way, I started wanting to do it too, so I am scheduled for surgery in a month I will come back with a review.
