The director and staff were all kind, and there was absolutely no pressure. The director even pointed out the proportional issues in my face that I hadn’t noticed, and when I had trouble understanding, he made a huge effort to explain things to me. He recommended only the places that really needed it, in a balanced way. The consultation was really good.
