I had a consultation for chin reduction surgery. The consultation style itself was the same as at other hospitals. First they did a CT scan, then asked what kind of face shape I wanted, explained how the surgery would be done, and asked if I had any questions. They take a fairly conservative approach, but only within the limits of preventing side effects; within the possible boundary, they still pursue the best possible result. Because they explain the side effects of each technique in detail from the very beginning, I think this is a place you should definitely go to for your first consultation.
