They were less kind than I expected from YouTube. First, there were a lot of people waiting for consultation, and my consultation felt like it was squeezed in between procedures. So the doctor looked tired, and the counter staff didn’t feel especially kind either. They looked highly specialized in eyes, but the way they mixed in casual speech gave off no sense of trust.
