I guess because they pursue a natural look, it's good, but I'm also worried.. For a first surgery, the cost is on the expensive side, and it's not just a tiny lift; I think I would only be satisfied if the nose were raised to some extent, but my nose is really at avatar-level nonexistence right now, so I'm thinking about it a lot ㅠ
