I applied for a consultation after watching a YouTube video - I expected the director to be sincere and not push unnecessary surgery. A 10,000 won deposit. I got a notice saying it wouldn't be refunded and if I was late, this and that would happen. On the consultation day There was only one director, but many staff members and almost ten patients waiting... I waited more than an hour and then had the desk staff hurry things along. The director just gave a quick look and showed me an example that wasn't even similar. There was no explanation of the surgical method or any detailed guidance. It took less than 10 minutes, and the whole time they kept staring outside like they'd leave if I didn't ask questions, which made me extremely upset. They ended by telling me to get the cost information from the consultation manager. During the two or so hours I spent in the waiting room, three complaint patients came in talking about side effects. There was not a single staff member responding properly to them. + Patients lying on chairs waiting for procedures were also getting restless as the wait got longer, shouting things like "Excuse me, excuse me," and it was chaotic. It was absolutely not an environment where I could focus on surgery, and the way they handled people made me scared, like maybe they think the surgery is the end of it.
