It changed from 440 to 495 because it was a low nose. I was told I needed to use more technique myself. The consultation was done with example photos. It wasn't a consultation using my own photos, so it was just a rough look and then, ah, that's what my nose would probably look like, and the consultation ended. The rest of the talk was similar to what was on YouTube.
