The doctor was very kind, and all the hospital staff spoke kindly too. They explained things well even when I asked all sorts of questions, and patiently guided me through everything. They were so reliable that I think I'll do my other surgery here too. Even during the surgery, when I was scared and my heart was pounding, they held my hand and calmed me down
