I visited because of acne, and the clean facility and kind staff stood out. But when I said I wanted an anti-inflammatory injection for my acne, the waiting time was quite long, and because I mentioned a specific injection, they just gave me the shot without even a consultation and sent me off. I had previously said my concern was acne, so I thought they'd give me some other solution, but that was the end of it. Still, overall the other staff were kind and the director seemed thorough.
