I went for a revision consultation and ended up spending more time with the consultation manager than with the doctor. I thought the doctor and I needed to be on the same page and communicate, but it felt like I was talking to a wall. They had no intention of listening to the patient and just went on and on explaining formalities, so I just let it go in one ear and out the other. The overall atmosphere wasn’t bad, but when I thought about having surgery and then having to keep following up on my nose for a year with that doctor, it absolutely didn’t feel right. The consultation manager was very kind.
