This was the clinic I went to last as I had heard they do natural work well. First of all, I have a hump nose, wide nostrils, a bulbous nose, and a columella that drops inward. For the eyes, since I have the common monolid look for a man, they discussed non-incisional double-eyelid surgery. For the nose: Hump nose osteotomy Bridge without an implant For the tip, they said they would do bulbous nose correction, septal extension, use ear cartilage, and also perform alar reduction. They also said that while doing the osteotomy, since they thought I might have a slight rhinitis tendency, if necessary during surgery, they might also perform nasal valve stenosis surgery. I’ve also lived my whole life not quite sure whether I had rhinitis or not. Because I still remember the refreshing sniffing feeling from when I was little.. But this was the 10th clinic I consulted with, and among the previous clinics there were also places that recommended osteotomy.. but they never said anything like this there. They talked about functional aspects too, so I really felt like I had come to the right place. But overall, the director’s know-how was truly the best, but the price was high enough that even if I left nothing in the bridge, it seemed like I’d still be dissatisfied with the height, so unfortunately I could not go ahead here. The price was 150 for the eyes and 630 for the nose, 780 total. For a first surgery, the base bridge and tip work on the nose were not hugely different, but the additional cost seemed higher than at other clinics. Still, for people who don’t care about cost, or who are undergoing revision surgery, or who are having their first surgery but prioritize safety first and naturalness second, this could be a good fit.
