I went for a consultation because they are famous as one of the top three places on this community. The clinic facilities were definitely good, and what I liked most was that the director prioritized safety. My original nose was low, so I was thinking of leaving the tip as is, but they strongly recommended complete removal. Still, I liked that they had the firm view that the capsule should definitely be removed. (It is originally hard to remove 100%, but they said they would remove as much as possible.) The director said that in terms of shape, it would end up looking almost the same as my original nose, but that it was hard to know exactly how the bridge hump would turn out. (It wasn't a severe hump, but it had already been operated on at the previous clinic, so I felt the shape was hard to predict, which is why I always ask about that during consultations.) If you're considering complete removal, I recommend going for a consultation.
