I went because people around me said it was famous for looking natural..... Maybe because they had done this a lot, they didn't even take a CT scan and just explained various things. They showed a bunch of other people's before-and-after photos and said they would do it like that. When I brought the photo I wanted, they bluntly said that couldn't be done. Maybe because the doctor and I wanted different things, I said I wanted it not to be excessive and I didn't want my eyes to become inwardly pulled together, but they said that was unavoidable and would have to happen, and because my skin is thin it could show through later. (Then who would even do it?) You only know how many millimeters when you are lying on the operating table. Before surgery they would do a CT scan, and later during surgery they might use costal cartilage, so additional cost could be added after the surgery, they said... But honestly they looked completely unprofessional. Every explanation ended with, it gets decided during surgery.
