The manager and staff seem really kind. And they seem to try as much as possible to reflect my needs. They seem to have drawn the line more than anywhere else I have been. But there is pressure because they say they will give a discount only if I pay a consultation deposit and then a surgery reservation deposit. They say they will refund it right away if I tell them only 4 days before the surgery date.
