The consultation manager was incredibly kind, the only one among all the places I visited while going around. They asked if I had a photo of the eye shape I wanted, and then asked me to tell them the three things I felt most stressed about with my current eyes, so it felt like they were really trying to understand my needs. This isn’t a hospital that only does eyes; they also do noses, breasts, and other areas, so I’m still deciding whether to do it here.
