I have a long nose and a lucky nose, so my nose is really shaped like a long drooping one. On top of that, my columella droops downward too, so the side view is even worse than the front. This is why I always have to take selfies from a slightly higher angle But after going to consultations, each clinic said completely different things, which shook my mental state. Some said I should also do the bridge for it to look natural. Some said just touching the tip would be enough. Some scared me by saying that if the columella is handled wrong, the nostril shape can become weird I honestly didn't know what to believe, so the main thing I looked for during consultations was whether they first pointed out what the actual problems with my nose are now. A place that just says, "We'll do everything you want," honestly made me a little uneasy. Anyway, when I had the consultation with the director, they looked at my nose for quite a while. They first checked how the tip would change if the columella were lowered, and whether my long nose was because of the skin or the cartilage. That explanation made sense to me. I liked that they only talked about exactly what was needed without extra fluff, and I decided to do it here. I'll post another review after the surgery.
