I went for a consultation about scar treatment, and a grandmother-like manager did the consultation. When I asked to see before-and-after cases similar to mine, she kept showing me different cases and saying they had improved a lot. From that point my trust dropped, and I couldn't help saying, 'That's a different case from mine... I asked to see cases similar to mine..?' The photos shown as similar cases didn't look like they had improved much at all, so the effect seemed minimal. At the end, the doctor came in, wrote down roughly what treatment it was with a pen, and left. Did he stay for one minute..? The cost was also absurdly high, so I passed and am getting professional treatment somewhere else.
