I was already a bit uneasy from the start because the consultation wasn't done by a doctor, but by the manager. Sure enough, the things I talked about with the manager weren't properly conveyed to the doctor, so on the day of surgery there was a communication problem and they ended up doing a surgery that was a little different from what had been planned, and then they blamed me for it. The price was outrageous, but I thought the results would definitely be good, so I went ahead, and the result was literally no change at all. I had surgery because of the scar and was hoping for at least a little improvement, but honestly it wasn't worth the money at all. I even had the full-face package done at the same time, and there really wasn't any effect whatsoever.
