About 10 years ago, because I had a bulbous nose, I had cartilage work, bone fracture correction, and nostril reduction, but it didn’t make it that much slimmer. If you go to Wonjin, whether you had a bulbous nose or not, the side profile all looks the same. The funny thing is, after surgery, it was the first time I ever heard someone say my nose was pretty. To anyone looking at it, the side line is just a slightly upturned line, and it’s obviously an untreated bulbous nose, haha. Recently, during consultations, I was told that the bridge is positioned way too high above the eyelid area, the upturned line ends too short, so the proportions don’t match and it looks masculine... More than anything, I said I absolutely did not want L-shaped silicone, and that the bridge would be made thin, but after a recent CT scan, it turned out to be L-shaped silicone and the silicone height on the bridge is the highest. Since the consulting doctor and the operating doctor are different, of course this kind of result happened... I’ve developed contracture and am going around for revision surgery consultations. If you have a bulbous nose, please don’t try to save money on the first surgery. Go to a good place and finish it in one shot...
