I visit often for hair removal and botox. Since it's a factory-style clinic, I don't expect amazing service or exceptional kindness. I value quick reservations, quick procedures, staying at the hospital for as short a time as possible, and not having any long consultations I don't want, and I am satisfied with that. Even if I make a booking by chat right before the visit, there is always availability, and most procedures are done after a short wait within 20 minutes, which is nice. The managers also don't say unnecessary things or try to upsell, which I appreciate. I think people with needs similar to mine will probably be satisfied if they visit.
