The Shine Beam Gangseo branch I go to often used to have such a long wait that even with a reservation I still had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. Still, it was close to home and they had a lot of events, so I kept going anyway. But recently, when I went, it felt like something had changed. They became much kinder, and maybe the system changed so the waiting was shorter.. That day especially, they seemed to pay more attention and felt friendlier. Since they do so many events, I go there for basic care~ It's not like I go to get expensive procedures or anything
