Anyway, since I have a bulbous nose, they recommended autologous costal cartilage, and as expected, for a bulbous nose... it feels like autologous costal cartilage from the first surgery. I hope other people don't end up, like me, looking into revision surgery after using septal cartilage for no reason. For a bulbous nose plus a high nose, autologous costal cartilage seems better Especially if the director recommends it that way, even more so... Anyway, it is sad that I realized after failing that they really do take care of the columella and bulbous nose correction well.... Please prosper
