The price was for when I wrote a photo review with only my nose showing, plus silicone + donor rib cartilage! I had consulted after going to three hospitals and comparing them. If I hadn't gone to the second one, I might have done it here. They said functional nose surgery is good to do when you're already opening the nose, but I asked the same thing at another hospital and they showed me a CT and explained properly why there was no reason to do it.. They recommended a material that might not suit me, and I found out at another hospital why it wouldn't suit me. I went because of reviews and recommendations from people around me, and I think if you are okay with just decent results, it could work.
