I'm leaving a review because I feel they are not responsible for aftercare. I had the back-lower canthoplasty done in November 2024. Putting aside whether some stitches were still left or not, there is a red scar on only my left eye that looks torn. In January 2026, I asked for a consultation through KakaoTalk, but when I actually went there, I didn't get a consultation at all; Mr. Hwang just injected scar-tissue shots and left. Recently, in March 2026, the redness had faded a little, but I asked for a consultation because I had questions. They were about to just inject again, so I said I wanted a consultation. Then the answer I got was - It's a scar you have to live with for life, and from far away it doesn't show - We never said there would be no scar; it would naturally fade - It's a difficult surgery, so there's nothing we can do, and don't be greedy ..It felt like I was being treated as a patient who should not be asking questions. I think patients should be given specific diagnoses and explanations. It felt like I was just a part passing by in a factory.
