This was a place I had surgery at about 2-3 years ago, so it may be different from how it is now. The front desk staff were generally kind, and I consulted with the chief doctor, but the consultation really ended in about 4 or 5 minutes? He is famous for doing very natural results, so I just had surgery with him, but unlike what was discussed in the consultation, after a year it just became a very shallow double eyelid.. What I remember most is that when I went to have the stitches removed, an assistant cut the skin along with the stitches using a small pair of scissors (or maybe a scalpel; I wasn't sure because my eyes were closed), and it bled, but they just calmly stopped the bleeding with gauze and finished it. I wondered if bleeding was normal when removing stitches, but it was because they had cut the skin. I had a scar there for a while. Even if they had realized they cut the skin, they should have apologized, but just acting like nothing happened and wrapping it up was ridiculous when I think about it now.
