I went with high expectations because Yosep is really famous in Daegu! And this was the first place in my life where I got a double-eyelid consultation! When you go in, they draw the line and ask how it looks, and ask if you have any other questions. The surgeon was the only one I paid a consultation fee to, but for the money.. not really.... There was a bit of a feeling that he was speaking rather casually. Maybe because it was peak season, but he looked kind of tired... After seeing him, I wasn't sure, so I also consulted another doctor, and both of them recommended incision. The hospital facilities seemed just average, and oh, the staff also looked a bit tired.
