I went in really nervous because I had heard that when you go for a consultation, the directors are busy and sometimes just glance at you or pressure you. But once I actually met the director, the atmosphere was so comfortable that I felt like I had been scared for no reason. I had so many questions that I prepared more than 10 of them in my notes app, and the director went through each one in detail without showing even a hint of annoyance, which was really touching. Especially when they explained the principle of what kind of line should be made for my eye condition so that it wouldn't loosen and would look natural, I understood everything clearly. It felt like they were focusing only on me throughout the whole consultation, which I liked, and the manager also didn't pressure me to book at all, but just calmly told me only the parts I actually needed, so I left the consultation without any burden.
