I was really pleased that the consultation was so thorough. They did not just glance at my eye condition, but examined everything one by one and explained in detail which direction would suit me better, which made me trust them. Even when I asked questions, they answered calmly without brushing anything off, so I felt comfortable throughout the consultation. I was also impressed that they talked based on what was right for me rather than making blanket recommendations, and the overall aesthetic sense was good, so my expectations for the result grew even more. From start to finish, it felt careful and attentive, and I found myself wanting to get another consultation there next time too.
