I visited for removal of a foreign substance in my nose. I heard that the counseling director has already left, but at the time they were really kind and felt very human, so I was comfortable during the consultation. The director was much sweeter than I expected, explained everything thoroughly, and I could clearly feel their professionalism and sense of responsibility, so I was able to trust them with the procedure itself. In the end, I was satisfied with both the procedure process and the director's response. But one of the nurses in the operating room, the nurse assisting, was a bit disappointing. Overall, their hand movements felt too rough and their response seemed unfriendly, so I think I took it more sensitively because I was already tense. From the patient's point of view, you are already anxious before and after surgery, so I wish they had been a little more considerate in that respect.
