A case where I went just for a consultation and came back feeling worse. An acquaintance had the procedure here and it turned out natural and good, so I went in for a consultation, but personally I consider staff friendliness during a visit to be very important as well, so I ultimately did not decide to have surgery here. The consultation manager was kind, but seemed very lacking in professionalism, and they strongly pushed extra charges. The director looked so different from the image I had seen on YouTube that I was taken aback. They were so unfriendly, and no matter what I asked, the only answers I got were along the lines of, "You have to figure it out yourself" and "You have to decide for yourself," so I just left. I never agreed to receive text messages, but I have been getting promotional texts every month for months.
