The manager and staff consultation was detailed and kind. The doctor’s consultation was extremely overbearing and authoritarian. I understand that he has pride in his work, but even though the consultation wasn’t that long at all (about 10 minutes), every time I asked a question, he acted as if I shouldn’t even be asking it, and all desire to get the procedure done disappeared. I actually came in planning to get the procedure right after the consultation, but I left without doing it. They’ve been operating in one place for 17 years and are a rare plastic surgery clinic in Incheon, and the director’s specialty and all that are good, but medicine is still a service industry in the end. No matter how skilled they are, if the response is like that, I think it would affect satisfaction with the procedure results and even any possible after-service situation, so this was the clinic I ultimately did not choose.
