It seems cosmetic purposes come first, rather than the surgery the patient actually needs. The manager was kind enough, but they seemed eager to finish the consultation quickly, and even when I asked about side effects, the response felt very half-hearted, like, "Well~ there are some~" which I didn’t like. I paid a 100,000 won deposit and was told that I could get surgery at the discounted price anytime after that, so I paid it, but later when I contacted them to ask for a refund, they read it and ignored me. After I contacted the clinic, they got back to me saying they would refund it. And the refund is unbelievably slow.
