Since it’s a chain, they looked so busy and it was very hectic. I made an appointment for a consultation because I wanted eye surgery, and there was a bit of a wait. I first had a consultation with the manager, not the director first, and the manager recommended ptosis correction, but when I had the consultation with the director, they recommended incision eye correction. Because the two of them recommended different surgical methods, it didn’t look very professional. The consultation itself was very kind and friendly, though.
