Before the procedure, it wasn't even a consultation room, just the front desk where they said, "Please bite down on your chin once," and that was it. The director injected once and disappeared in 30 seconds. For things like chin Botox or laser hair removal, it's cheap enough to be worth it. The location is good and the facilities are fairly clean. The staff are neither especially kind nor rude
