First of all, it seemed like the director had a line they personally preferred. The manager told me the line I wanted was possible, so I trusted them and went ahead with surgery, but once I went into the operating room with the director and they started designing the line, I was told it couldn’t be done. It was awkward to cancel at that point, so I went through with the surgery, but in the end I wasn’t satisfied with the result and had revision surgery at another clinic.. The price is attractive, but it seems like they don’t really reflect your needs, so if you’re going to have surgery, I think it’s better to go consult several other places too...!
