I made a reservation through Gangnam Unni and mentioned the procedure over the phone, but the consultation manager didn’t even know what procedure the customer had booked. The consultation manager only recommends expensive procedures. When I was getting Botox, there was no explanation of what type it was, and I still don’t know what type I received. When I went into the room and sat down, they asked, “Have you had this procedure before?” and it felt a bit condescending. If the customer doesn’t know, they should explain it, but there was none of that. I was upset because of the consultation manager, so I’m never coming again. A place that can’t even satisfy you with the procedure in the first place? Think about it a lot before going for surgery.
