The director explains things in a case-focused way, so instead of just saying, 'This is how it is,' he gives reasons that let you predict what changes will happen after surgery. In particular, when it came to fat removal and repositioning, I liked that he judged things based on the actual structure of my eyes and the condition of my skin rather than making arbitrary decisions. Because it's a private clinic, the atmosphere feels private, and being able to have a 1:1 focused consultation is nice.
