Even though I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery, the fat wasn't properly organized, and it seemed like the amount wasn't something that could be corrected with repositioning, so I had removal surgery. Before the removal surgery, people kept saying that if you remove the fat, the area will hollow out and look even weirder later, but the director neatly removed only the unnecessary parts, so there were no such issues and it settled in nicely. In fact, because only the protruding parts were removed, the overall look improved clearly, so I'm satisfied.
