For the non-incisional ptosis correction case, I could feel the doctor’s certainty and confidence. But the consultation manager’s very strong insistence on booking surgery that day, and the way they spoke as if they couldn’t understand why I would even want to consult at another clinic, was so off-putting that I dropped it right away ^^;
