I went to Instar Plastic Surgery for a consultation about back and lower canthoplasty, and they said there was basically no space for a back canthoplasty, and if I widened it, a red scar would show. They said lower canthoplasty was possible, but they did not recommend it because of the possibility of white show. I mentioned that another hospital had said it was possible, and they said that made no sense. They seem to honestly say when something cannot be done.
